由于讲义气被别人陷害杀了人的加纳来到了北海道服刑，他无法忘记被杀害的人的三岁女儿洋子的存在，于是他假扮成她的伯父，和她互赠礼物，洋子的成长是他唯一觉得开心的事情，这样，过了15年加纳的刑期满了，好像见到恋人一样，看到洋子，加纳就不再做坏事了……。该剧由斯皮尔伯格的Amblin电视制片公司为ABC开发，故事根据Ray Bradbury撰写的短篇小说《Zero Hour》改编，主要讲述一种「无形」的外星人试图利用地球上最宝贵的资源来毁灭地球人，人类被迫争分夺秒来拯救自己。这种「最宝贵的资源」就是……孩子。。On her way home from her uninspiring office job, Ania catches sight of an untamed wolf on the outskirts of the city.
