故事围绕三个不同的四十岁女人展开。叶红(剧雪饰)的前夫赌博成性,忍无可忍的叶红与其离婚,带儿子搬出来租房居住,她租的是离异男人何京(何冰饰)的房子,时间一久,两人心中都产业了异样感觉。一天,何京的前妻与叶红的前夫突然出现在眼前,四个人又共同生活在一个屋檐下,要多尴尬有多尴尬。不久,何京的前妻在南方遇车祸住院,何京只身前往护理,他的善良感动了叶红,最终俩人牵手。律师杜晓玲(陈小艺饰)与胡震东是同行,俩人是在一起离婚诉讼案中认识的,随着官司的结束,俩人的心慢慢靠拢到了一起。归国华侨宋晴(徐帆饰)与李小龙(张博饰)合伙开了一间服装店,人到中年的宋晴渐渐吸引了小龙的目光......。The subtitle of Jean-Marie Straub and Danièle Huillet’s first feature, from 1965, “Only Violence Helps Where Violence Reigns,” suggests the fierce political program evoked by their rigorous aesthetic. The pretext of the film, set in Cologne, is Heinrich Böll’s novel “Billiards at Half Past Nine,” which they strip down to a handful of stark events and film with a confrontational angularity akin to Bartók’s music that adorns the soundtrack. The subtlest of cues accompany the story’s complex flashbacks. The middle-aged Robert Fähmel tells a young hotel bellhop of persecutions under the Third Reich| his elderly father, Heinrich, an architect famed for a local abbey, recalls the militarism of the First World War, when his wife, Johanna, incurred trouble for insulting the Kaiser. A third-generation Fähmel is considering architecture, just as the exiled brother of Robert’s late wife, returns, only to be met by their former torturer, now a West German official taking part in a celebratory parade of war veterans. Straub and Huillet make the layers of history live in the present tense, which they judge severely. The tamped-down acting and the spare, tense visual rhetoric suggest a state of moral crisis as well as the response—as much in style as in substance—that it demands.。
