Despite following the same route as an athlete from birth, both want to be the only one!。神秘老板为了某种目的，要组一个女团“Dada Dream”，将任务交给助理朱芷欣（沈琳宸饰），而指定合作的音乐人是芷欣的初恋情人方文斌（戚玉武饰）。经过选拔，8位有潜力的女生包括老板指定人选李思彤（刘怡伶饰），以及文斌说话结巴的女儿方静晨（黄暄婷饰）。在8人经历训练和淘汰的过程中，朱芷欣的儿子朱勇杰（许瑞奇饰）也在追求音乐梦想的当中发现母亲不为人知的过往。。
