Growing up in a small town, Charlie, Alex and Nick weren't the most popular kids around after they formed "The Elite Monster Unit". Trying to impress Brandy, Charlie accepts a dare from her brother Nick that says he and his friends must spend Halloween night in a house long rumored to be haunted.What seems to be an easy challenge quickly turns out to be a night of frights as Charlie, Nick and Alex find themselves in the fight of their lives trying to out smart (and outrun) their new nemesis, a ghost dog named Salty, who does whatever he can to make this the worst night of their lives...。大哥关嘉安（苗侨伟）和施朗翘（郭羡妮）是对中年柴米夫妻，努力储钱买楼，惜安多次为家人、朋友将二人积蓄尽花，弄至婚姻破裂；二弟关嘉康（梁烈唯）与妻子笑兰不幸成为最牛的“钉子户”；三妹关嘉乐（钟嘉欣）被男友丁冠峰（吴卓羲）误会为钱而与老板搭上；四弟关嘉荣（罗仲谦）是薪金月月清的“月光族”…… 　　“家”是中国人最重要的精神支柱，对于“置业安居”有着根深蒂固的观念。香港楼价高企，普罗大众的收入怎也追不上，而成为“楼蚁”、“房奴”，实在叫苦连天。 　　本剧旨在反映香港普罗大众的置业问题，透过各式人物对安居的追求，所经受不同的考验，让观众认清自己想要一种怎样的生活。 　　被称为TVB版《蜗居》的时装家族剧《抉宅男女》由苗侨伟、钟嘉欣、谢天华、吴卓羲、滕丽名、郭羡妮等领衔主演，监制张乾文。钟嘉欣、滕丽名、吴卓羲和谢天华将在剧中大搞男女关系，而苗侨伟将与郭羡妮演一对。而剧中钟嘉欣一角，更与内地热播《蜗居》的「海藻」同出一辙，为向上爬不惜进行不道德交易。。伊莲（韩宝凛饰）是一名标准的文艺女青年，靠着写作维持生计。在艳遇之都大理，伊莲邂逅了名为夏清源（高曙光饰）的男子。夏清源有着冷峻的外表和冷酷的个性，平日里不苟言笑，他也从来不说自己过去的事情，这谜一般的存在反而让伊莲对他更加的着迷，不禁展开了热烈的追求。 实际上，夏清源有过一段悲惨的过去，而他刚刚结束自己的监狱生活没多久，整个人都沉浸在压抑与绝望之中。此时，伊莲来到了他的身边，缠着他，闹着他，虽然有时候令人心烦，但带来更多的，是依恋和温暖。就在夏清源决定对伊莲敞开内心时，后者却消失了。。
