The new season will include new original musical numbers from co-creator and executive producer Cinco Paul, as well as returning stars Cecily Strong, Keegan-Michael Key, Ariana DeB...。该片讲述的是《铁胆火车侠》几年之后的故事，部分人物的声优有变更。基本与《铁胆火车侠》一样是面向小学生的作品。前作的主人公哲雪在故事的最后几集登场。 铁胆火车侠与黑魔头两军离开数年后。由于黑魔头军再没有入侵地球的事被判明，JHR基地面临着被封闭的命运。不过现在，黑魔头军又再度袭来。他们的目的是为了带给人类不幸，并利用人类小学生圣桥健太来协助他们做坏事。期间健太误入了500系新干线所行使的铁轨上而快要被火车撞到。就在这时，光能量从宇宙飞来并与500系新干线合体，铁胆火车侠Lightning West变形！铁胆火车侠与黑魔头军的战斗又再度展开了。。
