『ストライクウィッチーズ』シリーズ待望の新作となる劇場版アニメ『ストライクウィッチーズ Operation Victory Arrow』が始動。“Operation Victory Arrow”（勝利の矢作戦）と名付けられたこの新作戦は、TVシリーズ第2期のオペレーション・マルス終了後から前作劇場版までの期間、各地へと帰還したメンバーたちの活躍を描いた各30分のショートストーリー3部作となっている。この新プロジェクトを記念して、劇場でのイベント上映も決定した。。年轻女医生Tatiana Yurievna（奥莎娜·阿金什那 Oksana Akinshina 饰）因为使用具争议的技术而差点被吊销医师执照。但她被军方招募来到一个机密的研究机构，协助研究一个特别的案例，太空人Konstantin Sergeyevich（彼得·费奥多罗夫 Pyotr Fyodorov 饰）。这位太空人历经神秘的太空意外后幸存返回地球，体内却多了外星生物，而且这个神秘生物只在深夜时现身。军方想拥有这个外星生物进行邪恶的计划，但女医生只想阻止外星生物杀害太空人。。Michele is a mathematics professor who just started a new job in a school with some peculiar teaching methods. After a woman in his neighborhood is murdered, Michele meets beautiful colleague Bianca, and a relationship begins between the two. Where is this relationship heading, and will Michele be able to help the police catch the murderer?。
